With V18 we could enable M365 login without turning on new extension synchronization, In V20 the only way I've been able to get this to work is to create the extension, then selectively add the user account. We need to both manually add the user to the sync list, and then manually remove them if we want to delete the user from 3CX, otherwise their account will automatically be re-created.
