I've checked C:\Program Data\3CX\Instance1\Data\HTTP\Interface\provisioning\[prov_folder]\firmware_new and that folder has the JSON file that indicates latest firmware is 124.86.0.77 and that the corresponding ROM is in the yealink sub-folder. The phones are currently on 128.86.0.40. Does not matter if I choose the Upgrade link beside each individual phone or the Upgrade button in the menu of the Phones tab, it simply won't update the phones.
The only way I can update the phone is by uploading the ROM directly to the phone which is a pain.
