Hello 3CX,
Would it be possible to get back the user list add for queues to be able to check a lot of users at one time to add to one queue ? Adding users one by one is a lack of time for call centers customers be cause they have a lot of agents ...
Another function that would be super useful is to be able to add one user to queues by checking a queue list to add the user to several queue at one time.
Example we have several Call center customers that have more than a hundred queues. Adding a new agent to all queues take them almost 2 hours of clicking ... Not really effective.
