v20 update 4 - FXO gateway

Hi,

I finally upgraded two on-premise systems to 3CX v20. I did the migration directly from v18 to v20 update 4. These systems need FXO gateways because they are away from good internet. However, since the upgrade, I lost many important configurations for my four FXO gateways, including IP addresses and other settings.

Is this normal? Should I delete them and create them again?

Hi!

I experienced the same issue with my Patton FXO Gateway's, 3CX is now only supporting Generic Gtw, so i suggest you delete your gateway and recreate it in 3CX using the same parameters found in your current gateway configuration. it worked with no issue.

You will also have to reboot each gateway in order to reconnect

How did you create the configuration file to import into the Patton gateway? There is a wizard I attempted to use, but it fails on the Save process and does not create the file needed.
