we recently upgraded to v20 and ever since we are having issues with softphones. We have notifications in edge enabled for our 3cx site. We have tried manual and by policy. Initially we would use a phone app to get the user working, then it would work in edge for a time. That has stopped working. We have tried downloading the app from the edge address bar. Nothing works. We don't allow chrome, but I have installed for testing and once the Microsoft single sign-on extension is installed, it works perfectly. We have tried on multiple devices. Anyone have any ideas? Below are the edge settings:
