V20 Voicemail duration

Hi,
is there a workaround for voicemails > 2 minutes in V20?

Works just like described, set MAXVOICEMAILDURATION to the desired value in seconds & restart the IVR service.

It doesn't work form me. My settings:



i restarted the service ..


.. and started a new recording ..


.. but the timer stops after 120 seconds.

Any idea what i am doing wrong?

That is a prompt, not a voicemail. The limit defined was for how long someone can speak when leaving a voicemail.

oh, got it. Is there an option to raise the prompt value for the voicemail greeting?

If you use the phone button to record your message, the same parameter indeed applies.
For mic recording it's hard coded.
