Wonder if anyone has any ideas at all on this one. We’re really struggling and trying to avoid a full rebuild.
- 3CX V20. Windows hosted in Hyper-V.
- Doesn't seem to be an issue in Chrome at client side.
- Internal and external calls on the web client have no audio. The webclient otherwise works fine in terms of functions.
- SSL certificate is showing as valid and no errors on web URL etc.
- Web client issue only (HTTPs on port 5001). The desktop client works fine (assume tunnelled the same way with same port).
- Handsets work without issue (SIP on port 5060).
- Web client calls ring ok and the call connects, but no audio stream once the call is connected. 3CX hold music can be heard ok at remote end so outbound traffic from 3CX is ok.
- There are only a few users with web client – most users have physical handsets. We don’t know when it started but suspect it was after a 3CX update in December.
- We have checked network and firewalls etc. and all seems configured correctly. No changes either. We’ve tried all sorts including back up and restore, removing security agents etc.
- We’ve noticed loads of random system parameters are missing if we compare to another 3CX system. Yet everything else works fine. It's a system that has been upgrade many times over years so perhaps these are settings it's never used. Is there a particular setting in the XML that might relate to webclient? If so we could copy from working system.
