V20 Windows App: Apply audio device changes during active calls (Like Web Client)

Current Behavior:

Changing audio devices in the V20 Windows App during an ongoing call does not apply to the active session. It only takes effect for the next call.

Requested Feature:

Make audio device changes apply instantly in real-time during active calls, bringing the Windows App to feature parity with the Web Client.
