V62,V64,V65 Issues

Hi Guys, Since V20 release, I had to provision phones as a router phone since STUN is not supported anymore. Now, I'm experiencing a lot of issues such as suddenly Fanvil phone (provisioned as router phone) is not able to register anymore. Reboot not helping then when you reset to factory defaults not provision again. We have to remove it from 3CX and add it again to make it work. We did IP address reservation and do not know why this is happening. V20 with SBS creates so many problems compared to STUN. Any ideas or comments?

Hi there.
You can inspect the logs of the phone itself and check what exactly is the issue and take it from there.
Let us know how it goes
