V9 Assistant call answer

Is there a way to answer a incoming call witht the v9 Assistant? The call toast comes up and the green call button goes gray. The call can be redirected and sent to voicemail. I would like to have it answer the call and put the phone on speaker. Maybe a hotkey. f11 is default for making a call from the PC, it won't answer the call. Any tips?

Looking at the documentation. It looks like you have to use a softphone or the desk phone to answer the call. Maybe this could be a feature enhancement
