I have a number of users that want to be able to switch to an away voicemail greeting and, upon their return, switch back. I currently manually go in and switch greetings for them after recording a new greeting from the console. I know they could manage them from the web client, but we've not rolled that out to anyone for a number of reasons.
How can these greetings be managed from the phone? I thought if I switched my status to away and then recorded a message it'd record an away greeting. Nope... it overwrote my standard greeting (savevmgreeting.wav). Surely I'm missing something?
