Hello Everyone
First of all thanks for stopping in and pitching in this, Quick question... I added a Yealink T57w with original firmware from Yelaink (as a router phone) at a remote customer site which was drop-shipped so the phone took the config and showed the BLF keys and stuff but didn't register. So after that i accessed customer's PC and upgraded the firmware to 3cx recommended and factory reset the phone and also deleted the phone from the extension it was provisioned with and now whenever I try to add it as a router phone back it won't let me and error comes as "VALUE IN USE) so i guess the 3cx hosted instance is thinking that phone is already bonded with that MAC...? So to fix that i restarted the Database service for 3cx hosted PBX but still no luck. Is it doing so because Yealink now already has the link in the RPS service and would stay there for a week unless manually deleted ...? Any help would be appreciated
Thanks a lot
