Hi!
Is there a way to change status of my extension to offline?
I use 3CX Phone for Android on Xpreia M2, and even when select "Exit-Ignore PUSH" status of my phone in PBX Console stays Online (green). Is there a way to change it, sometimes I want all my traffic to be forward to my Voice Mail directly witout wait unanswered time.
I use :
Product 3CX Phone System PBX Edition
Version Number 15.0.0

and

3CX Phone for 3CX Phone System 14 Version 14.0.57 on My Android

and

3CX Phone for 3CX Phone System 15 Version 15.0.57336.0 on Windows 10

When I use one extension only on Windows its change its status when start and stop 3CX Phone, but when register Android clien with this extension, it doesn't change status, even I delete account information and register Adnroid device to another extension.

How is the situation with iOS, I do not have iOS device and can't test it?

Thank You

I brought something like this up a while ago when I first started "playing around" with Push. What I suspected at the time was that because Push is a one way message, 3CX assumes that if an extension has it enabled, then it will be available for a call.
That's my theory anyway.

Yes , maybe you are right, but it is very inconvenient for me. I'll be glad if someone tell me decision about this problem.

You could change the status of your extension to away or DND and set the forwarding rules to where ever you want.

Yes , it will help if user change his status, but what happend if user loss network or switch off his phone. In this case the user will be online for Phone System. Is there way extension change his status to offline if mobile device loss connectivity.

Hi,

just to confirm the Problem and to hopefully get a solution soon.
We have the exact same problem with our Android and iOS Apps.

The Extension Needs to unregister when the App is closed.
