Has anyone got any links to other templates for the reporting tool? Or has anyone spent the time to modify the included reports into something a little more meaningful?
The Call Logs Report is the level of detail I am after, but the physical format of the report is a little painful and as a CSV or XML isn't very Excel friendly I have found. Anything that lists all calls made by single date, as opposed to listing the date and time individually for each call would be great. That should allow me to create pivot tables in Excel etc.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
