ViaTalk Settings

I cannot get this working for the like of me. I have all the ports forwarded to the pbx and even tried putting it on dmz.
Does anyone have a template that works for via talk or can walk me through how to set it up?

When you were given your number you should of been given details such as proxy server and such. PM me what you got in your email and I'll be able to talk you through it.
