Video conference does not open web

Hello my friends, when I open the web video meeting for my user access to the meeting The web page opens but nothing is displayed inside it and it is a white screen. 3cx version is my version 18. Please help my friends.

What I realized is that due to Google sanctions, video conferencing service will not be open in our country, so please design the server so that we do not have the problem of video conferencing after purchasing the license.

We can not enter the video conferencing service unless we use the IP of other countries for our devices ... The rest of the services that are under the 3cx server run well, but no video conferencing

within your 3CX Management console go to Settings --> Conferencing --> Video
As region select Russia which is not run via Google Cloud services.
