Video Conference Recording download has no audio

Hi, after recording a video conference, then receiving the link to it from 3cx.. When I click on the link to view it the sound works, but when I downloaded the mp4 file, there is no audio? I've done my due diligence and made sure all the audio settings are good (and can hear sounds in other windows), but still nothing. Thanks for any help.

Some software does not support opus code. We're working to bring aac codec back, the fix is under testing.

Hello @compumaxfl , converters have been updated today with a new version that fixes the audio codec problem.
Recordings created since 10:30 UTC are using a fixed implementation of AAC.
Let us know if the issue is fixed for your new recordings.
