Hi, we have the same issue.
"Video conferencing service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later (0x0018)"
Has changed from Europe to United Kingdom, and to Asia, but we get the same error, when starting a QuickMeeting.

Updated our 3CX Server today from 16.x to 18.x (autoupdate)

As I cant start the meeting, I dont have a shareable link

Could you try restarting the 3CX Gateway Service?

Gateway Services restartet, and WOUW, it is looking GREAT the new Webmeeting.
