video intercoms no video call

I have a problem with 2N and Mobotix intercoms. Basically I configured the phones to make a video call. And on the mobile application it works correctly, the call arrives, I press on video and I see the intercom. On the pwa application or softphone I can't switch the call to video.

Have you tried to initiate a video call from the PWA fist and not the other way around?

Hi, I can't start video calls from the application as I don't have the camera. But this is an intercom and I have to visualize who is intercoming. I can't think of installing a webcam for every station that needs to see the intercom.

Wait, if I call a smart phone application, I answer the call, I press the video call button and on the smart phone I correctly see who has called the intercom. However, if the person answering does not have a smart phone but a PWA client, the video option does not appear so I cannot see who called the doorbell.

I can temporarily carry out a test on both Mobotix and 2N. I had to install the intercom's proprietary application for viewing. But I'd like to use only 3cx.

Web camera virtual driver, software on the PC. But this is not related to the 3CX, but at least you can give it a try.
