In our company we have a 3CX v15 and Grandstream GXV3275 phone with included camera.
We have a perfect video inside a company.
When we try to make a video call to external workers with the same phone it last for 3 seconds, then it stop working and it is totally frozen.
We interface externally through a PFSense firewall, it is properly configured to have a "transparent nat", port are all forwareded, and firewall test is perfect.
Is there any known uncompability with this phone ? Could you help finding a solution ?
