Video Phone

Hi All,

good day! I'm using a video phone but I cant get it work properly, i have no issue on it using local call (sip to sip)but when i receive calls from out side the video is not working. i already set the video codec on unembedded.

any advice??

Hi

I had the same problem with Eyebeam (Xlite).
I resolved this, setting in the topology menu and next, check Manually Specific Range, and put 10000 to 20000 (or the same range like your Asterisk RTP settings).

Maybe the same issue from your remote device.

Remember to open and forward the RTP ports to your Elastix server (from 10000 to 20000)

thank you so much again, but our video phone device has no such option. I hope there is another way to get it working. do you have any advice?

Check around RTP transport (udp port settings). Next, check your router settings (port forwarded, SIP filtering, firewall...Etc)
