Solved Video transfer problems

Hello,

in webmeetings we always get the information that there is a problem with video transfer to other participant in the meeting.

Our Intrenetspeed is 150Mbits / 50 Mbits so I think it is not our internet connectivity, is it possible that the problem is the other member with his internet?

Hi,

Exactly, if any member cannot keep up (even if 1 person out of 10 lets say) you will then get this message.

It is up to you to decide (as the organizer) if you wish to reduce the quality in order to help users that are on a connection which is struggling or if you wanna leave it as is
