view parking spots on phone

Is there any way to view which parking spots are occupied on a yealink T46S phone? Main complaint from users is that they cant see which spots are occupied, and the answering user would like to see the call and press button to answer.

The Windows 3CX app does a good job of this with Q-Manager view, but we dont want to give users app or webapp. We would like to use phones only to view parking/transfer queues.

What parking spots? The orbits (`*0/*1`) or shared parkings (SP0-10)?

I am using the default of *00-09 and pickup of *10-19

Then no you can't show the statuses.

I'd recommend you use the Shared Parking.

thank you. I did not see any directions on shared parking config/setup. Could you point me in the right direction to find out how to set this up? I haven't found any guide yet searching this.

Can orbits and shared parking work at the same time...or is it one of the other?

Both are always there. Orbits are older. To use SP, configure them as BLF on the phones you want. Simple as that!

One issue though - once I added the BLF keys to the phone, the old way of (hitting transfer, *01, Send) no longer works. It now causes 'Call Failed' Forbidden. This might be confusing during transition. Not sure why old way no longer works...

Can't say honestly. I never use orbits. They can simply: transfer -> push blf for parking they want (only 1 call per park). Press the BLF again to pickup.

On some Yealink phones, the BLF is one-touch, so no need to press transfer at all. Just hit the BLF to park/unpark.

Yes my phones are one touch, and it is much easier. I just mentioned because users get used to doing it one way, and then throw a fit when it doesn't work exactly the same anymore. But the new way is better because you can see whats parked, and less steps to pick up.
