What happened to the Virginia server??? We are in KY and the closest server is Quebec or Oregon???

It's up, it should appear in your PBX when it refreshes or when you restart the System Service.

Note that choosing a preferred server does not mean you will connect to it. Preference is one of the variables taken into account but can be overridden by factors such as network conditions, server load, your PBX's location in relation to the MCU.

As I mentioned in the post above,list is not updated even after restarting the services and the server also.

Any suggestions?

Your system should display the available MCUs for it's own region.
Please note that even if the specific one you want appears in the list, it's only preferencial.

This means that other factors may still make you connect elsewhere (i.e if your MCU is too far, too busy, offline, maintenance etc)

thank you for your Answer but what do you mean with it's own Region?
The server is installed in Roubaix but it's showing the America's MCUs. It's impossible that all European Servers are down.

The key you are using has its country set to the US. You can see this in your customer portal.

This is why you see US MCUs
