VM to Email - without sending a welcome email including 3CX app login info

If a site doesn’t want a user to have any access to the 3CX apps, only a desk phone. But the user wants to have voicemail to email turned on, how can this be done, without an email being sent with all the login info for the 3CX Apps? I'm on a PRO self-hosted V20.

Disable the email "New user is added" in the notifications settings.

Then, setup the user as you normally would but don't press the Reset Credentials.

Yes, check on the Admin Dashboard > under event log, there's the Notifications button.
