i have one question
i have 2 IPBX 3cx - one on a aws cloud (ext 6xx) and one on premise (ext 5xx)
when i send a vocal message 600 to 601 with webclient no problem
when i send a vocal message 500 to 501 with webclient no problem
but if i want to send a vocal message 600 to 500 i have a message that the voice mail is not activated
Why ?????
