Voice Announcement Promotion

Hi,

We have a customer who want to do a voice announcement promotion campaign.

The list of numbers will be dialled automatically using a predictive dialer, and we need to play a wav file once the connection is established

Any idea or tips on how we can implement this solution using 3CX, would be helpful

I don't know, offhand, of any PBX that will do this for you, on it's own. That is not what they were designed for. You can add a dialler to a PBX, either an analogue dialler using ATA's or a perhaps a SIP based dialler. Which ever unit you chose would do the actual dialling and make the announcement, not 3CX. The call could pass through (be routed by) 3CX, but that would be the only involvement of the PBX.
