voice mail greeting

is it possible to change the voice mail greeting, have tried looking in prompts but no luck.

i have the standard ' record your message and press pound key or press star for operator '

would it also be possible to remove the necessity to have the person leaving the message to press pound key?

we route all calls to our receptionist at ext 100 and i have changed the message here using the 999 voice mail menu but i only still get original message i posted above.

all help greatly appreciated !!!!

You can change the prompts by making a copy, changing this and then applying this copy, as specified on the manual on http://www.3cx.com/manual/3CXPhoneSystemManual6/phone-system71.html

The pound is required to stop the recording.
