Solved voice mail not working..

When I press the #1 voice mail and then view voice mail, it shows my extension, name, and # of new and old mail. Once I press connect, it connects and goes silent. And then disconnects.

when i press the message button. it give me this.

When I press it start buzzing and then an announcement says “your call did not go thru try your call again”
only happen to this one user? I tried to prevision it and reboot it, but still the same? what is the next step to do? do i do a factory reset and start all over?

fixed.. need to do a default reset of the phone .. working now.. don't know what happened..
