Is there anyway to change the time zone used in the name of the .wav files creating when vice recording is used. We are in New Zealand but all of our recordings have what looks like a US date time stamp which makes it very difficult for us matching these files against records in our data base.

Hello @Graham White

Please note that the way the system generates the name of the recording is hardcoded into the system and cannot be changed. The date format displayed in the management console however can be changed and it depends on the display language chosen for the management console.

The dates are in UTC time.

Hi,

It's possibile to fix the variable %%DATE%% so it get correct format based on the system language ?

I have set "English UK" in the system but this doesn't seems to have effect and date is not changed to DD/MM/YY.
