Solved Voicemail envelope info, originating number

Hello all,

Is there a way to include the originating phone number in the voicemail message envelope? I have enabled the "Read date/time" option for the extension, but I can't find a way to get the phone number of the caller. I've spent several hours searching the forums and The Google. I found an old thread from 2014 regarding the date/time, but nothing was said about the originating number.

We're on version 16.0.1078

Have you ticked 'Play Caller ID' under Voicemail settings

wow. silly me. I assumed that was part of the email options and didn't even try it. that did it. Thank you.
