Voicemail from another extension in webclient?

We have a Reception extension that is shared. I’d like my users to log into their own extension and be able to see/retrieve voicemail from the Reception extension from their webclient. Is this possible? Right now they have to switch between multiple accounts. Thanks.

You can't allow one extension to view voicemails of other extensions in the same Webclient account, but you can do one of the following:

1. Have the extension dial the Voicemail/Special Menu (default 999) and then press # in order to specify which extension's voicemails to access.

2. Have the shared extension send voicemails to an email address as an attachment, and then provide access to that email address to whoever you want.
