Voicemail goes to on hold music.

I have a strange issue.

I have 2 providers setup with incoming and outgoing calls working fine.

Although if I ring in via the second provider and the call times out the voicemail greeting is played but straight away after the system starts playing the on hold music instead of allowing a message to be left.

Both providers have the same incoming rules.
