Solved Voicemail google speech to text integration

Hi guys,

I tried to test the voicemail google speech to text integration, but didnt received any email after receiving voicemail message.

*On 3cx agent desktop, I can see a transcription icon, and see the message in text*


Im on a professional annual 18.0.1880 version, on the free year, deployed on a raspberry pi.

I've follow the instruction for Google speech to text api key and didnt restrict anything.

I also follow the instruction for voicemail tab in the 3cx console.


Is the free year pro version can use the voicemail transcription sent by email ? Can someone help me troubleshooting ?

Really sorry, it can be close.
I just forget to set email option for the voicemail.
