Voicemail Greeting not playing

Hello,

I have an issue where some of my users recorded voicemail greetings are not playing. If I record a new one it does work, however my Bosses for example recorded in April of 2022 does not play. Did some internal 3CX setting change between versions of the phone system in 2022 to now that requires a different audio format? I copied his greeting to my PC and I can play it fine. I have close to two hundred extensions I don't relish the thought of rerecording all of them. I also expect there may be a similar issue with the self identification message. Can anyone provide any insight and possible solution?

The supported format with 3cx for prompts is still the same: WAV, PCM, 8 KHz, 16-bit mono.

Or better still, have the greetings recorded via phone or frorm the user's web clients by them dialing into their Voicemail box options.

I will try the converter but these voicemail greetings were recorded by the users on their desk phones. No one other than me has the access to create/upload the greeting without the handset or 3CX app.
