Voicemail Greetings - Standard Message include Self_ID_Prompt?

Is there a way to have the the "standard message" include the extension user's name (self_id_prompt)? We would like all extension users to have a greeting that at least includes their name so that callers are sure to know who they are leaving a message for.

that would be nice. right now I have to inform users to create a vm greeting and a self id message so people can dial by name in the menu system. And if i go back and look, there might be several who have not done the self id message yet.

Not natively and im not aware of any 3rd party apps that can do this either. You would have to get users to record their voicemail.

You could modify the 3CX welcome email with instructions for users to do this.
