Voicemail identification message

Hi all,

i see new fonctionnality in voicemail. identification message.

this identification message replace the defaut voicemail message of user ? it's this ?

because i try to make my own identification message, server save my message but when i fall in my voicemail it's defaut message.

any body can help me ?

Hi There,

Identification message is not a new feature at all, but it does not reflect your greeting message. To set your voicemail message simply:

1. Call 999 and enter the PIN.
2. Dial 9 to get to options
3. Dial 8 to get to set your greeting message.
