Voicemail notification icon but not voicemail

I have a voicemail notification on my yealink phone which usually disappears when i delete the voicemail. but for one user there is a envelope icon saying 1 new voicemail but when i go into the mailbox 3CX says no voicemails.

Any way to clear this users mailbox so this disappears?

Yealink defaults "Choose how to configure power LED notifications" to "Both (voicemail and missed calls)" so missed calls trigger the light. We always set that to voicemail only (in the phone settings in 3CX).

No there is no calls whatsoever, it's just a voicemail envelope icon with the red number 1 next to it. When there is a missed call, it shows an arrow next to it with a number to show how many missed calls. I cleared all missed calls and voicemails yet the envelope icon with number 1 is showing. If i leave a new voicemail, the number increases on the envelope icon to 2 then 3 and so forth. So it seems to be stuck on a ghost voicemail somewhere.
