Voicemail popup

Hello

is there anyone here can help me with setting up voicemail notification popups on Yealink T43U phones? I’d prefer not to use the light indicator.

I’m using 3CX v20. Is there a specific parameter I need to adjust, or is it something else?

Hello Tikom,

This parameter is not configurable within 3CX.

You would have to copy the 3CX template and change this line to = 1 instead of = 0 and apply it to the phones you want to have it to the new custom template (not recommended by 3cx and not recommended for beginners).

features.voice_mail_popup.enable = 1

If you went into the phone gui under "features" and "notification popups" the option is there, however the 3CX template will override a manual setting of this feature daily.
