Voicemail recordings on android app

I faced issue with voicemails that recorded on android app, when i received calls, that recordings contain call waiting tone

Why it is the recording entire call, and Why isn't the recording only after hearing the recording tone in the autoresponder

What is the way to handle this issue?

Did you try calling that person back to ask them if they actually left you a voicemail?

They probably answered their 2nd line, and you were on hold (explains how the call waiting tone is heard in the recording)
