Hey all,

I setup a new PBX hosted in LightSail, and everything was working fine until i logged in and say that under system extensions, the voicemail service (999) shows unregistered. When i dial for voicemail, i get 3 fast bust tones and disconnect. I am attaching a screen shot and what the log shows when i make the call.

Any ideas? I already restarted the IVR and Media service. I have not restarted the entire system as they are actively using.

Try rebooting the whole server.

Rebooting would indeed probably be the best thing to try first, but, if this persists, please let us know of the following:

• How did you set this server up exactly, was it via the customer portal deployment wizard?
• Did you restore a backup or configure this instance from scratch?
• If you did restore a backup, what 3CX version was that backup taken from?
• Are you aware of any changes modifications that occurred right before this issue occurred?

That did it! Your the best!

I did a restart of all the services first, I talked to the client and I did the reboot and it came right back up. Appreciate both your quick replies!!!

Excellent! Happy to see this is now sorted!

Don't hesitate to start a new thread should anything else come up!
