How to route a number to voicemail special menu like 999 in V20?

In V19 we used to select extentions and the 999 used to be there.

when the client call a specific number like 514-xxx-xxxx he get the message enter your extension number and then pin, in this case he can check his messages or for an extension from anywhere.
