We have a multisites network all connected to one main site using VPNs. Our 3CX server is at the main site and everything works fine.
Every site has its own "operator" (the person who answers the phone on the main phone number of each site). Is there a way to specify a different operator extension based on a group of extensions or something ?
Here is a scenario to explain my point:
Main site: Operator A
Site B: Operator B
Someone calls site B, the operator B answers and transfers the call to an extension. The call ends up in the voicemail, so the caller presses * to go back to the operator B. My problem: the call goes back to operator A instead of B !
I think that the best way to implement this would be to assign an operator extension per group of extensions.
If there is already a way to do this, please be kind and tell me how
