voicemail stopped getting over email/attachments

we were getting voice mail attachments, but now it has stopped working

I checked our settings, changed the email to Gmail for testing, checked spam, it is no longer working

please advise

Just to clarify, you changed the email address of the extension and have checked that the voicemail is set to deliver mail as an attachment, called and left a vmail on to the extension and this did not deliver an email?

Additionally, Are you using the 3cx SMTP server?

sorry you are right, someone in our company decided to change it Microsoft 365, I change it back to SMTP seems to be working now
