Voicemail System Greeting as well as personal greeting

The default VM message tells callers they can press * to speak to the operator.

The problem is user forget to add this to their greeting message.

I expect the answer is no but is it possible to have a system message play telling caller they cab press * to speak to an operator after the caller has been played the customised VM greeting message?

Hello @telis

Since you are recording a custom prompt then that will replace the default one so the answer is no. The users will either have to remember to record it or you could edit the file and append the system message to their files. Some audio editing is required to achieve this
