Voicemail vs Email

so im having problems with the voicemail, we need to have 2 voicemail options in the system with the same email address, the 2 voicemail options being icelandic/english prompt set..

now I can't have two seperate users with the same email, so is there a workaround to make this happen? Do I have to create a new prompt set altogether with duo options?

Hi, you will need to use custom prompts with the duo options, you can not set two languages.... So create a custom prompt with both languages and set that prompt as default and within the department.
