Voiemail timeout

Hello.
Our users get many blank voicemails. Meaning user gets a call. Caller hangs up without leaving a message. User gets a voicemail containing dead air.
Is there a way to adjust this?
We use 3CX14 SP3

Yes...Under Troubleshooting/Parameters, scroll down to MINVOICEMAILDURATION
The description says it all.
