VoIP Internet providers - specific requirements

Has anyone had any experience with any UK based providers that allow number porting?

We have an ISDN30 at present with 16 lines and 50 DDI's - looking to move to VoIP provider that we could port these DDIs to?

Has anyone managed to get 3CX and gradwell setup and working?

They wont support 3CX and their SIP trunks do not register as they restrict calls to a specific IP address.

I have tried setting this up but all my calls fail.
