voip.ms 160 character SMS limit silent fail?

Hi all. I'm running v20u2 and have a voip.ms trunk with sms. it's working great for <160 character messages. we can receive >160 character messages, but if we reply with >160 it silently fails. I can't find anything in the call, activity, or event longs showing the failure and my apps (web, desktop, phone) all show the send messages but they never arrive. voip.ms has a messaging center showing things and they don't show that >160 outbound.

Hoping someone else has run into this and solved it. I'm going back and forth with voip.ms support on this but hoping to find an answer here.

oh man, thank you for finding that. their support basically is just saying it's 3CX' fault.
