We have three 3CX servers. All three were on V18 and worked fine with VOIP.ms trunks using encrypted voice (TLS and port 5061), set up as stated in the VOIP.ms Wiki documentation.
Each server used a different VOIP.ms server (e.g., Montreal1, Montreal3, and Montreal4).
As soon as I migrated two of them to V20, the trunks stopped working. I had to revert everything to regular SIP on port 5060 and not use encryption (TLS, SRTP, etc.). I also tried to delete the trunk and setup a new trunk using the V20 integrated templates for VOIP.ms.
I checked to ensure all the parameters were correct in the trunk settings and my VOIP.ms sub-accounts.
The server that remains on V18 works fine.
Am I the only one experiencing this issue?
